Need help signing in?
No code arriving? Company verification codes come from your authenticator app, not email or text messages. Open the JT account in the authenticator you connected during setup.
Lost your phone? After entering your password, choose “Use a recovery code” and enter one unused saved code. Each recovery code works only once.
Code rejected? Wait for the next code and check that your phone’s date and time are automatic. Too many password attempts can temporarily lock sign-in for 15 minutes.
No authenticator or recovery codes? Ask the other authorized JT administrator to review Account security and reset your authenticator enrollment after confirming your identity. Contractors should contact their JT administrator. Never share passwords or verification codes by email.
